This position is responsible for working with the Shop Manager, Sr. Manufacturing Engineers and other departments within the org. and vendors outside the Org. to improve efficiency and product quality by designing manufacturing processes, fixtures, workflows, equipment, and vendor equipment integration. Summary: The R&D Engineer / Technologist supports product design, research, and development. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Engineering, this role works with a multidisciplinary team to develop new equipment, improve existing products, and assist manufacturing.
