Team Lead - Physical Engineering (Utility Substations) About the Position As a Team Lead of Physical Engineering in the Utilities department, you will be responsible for managing a team comprised of engineers, drafters, and designers. A Team Lead's (TL's) primary responsibility will be the accurate, timely, and quality completion of physical/structural substation engineering scopes assigned to the team. The Team Lead will contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes and workflows that improve quality, consistency, and efficiency across the department.
