Summary The Engineering Technician IV serves as a critical technical resource supporting the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Tennessee. This role provides field-based engineering assistance to NRCS staff across designated Area and Field Offices. Technicians are responsible for conducting engineering surveys, assisting with project implementation, performing construction inspections, and supporting documentation and compliance efforts.
