We are hiring for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team on a full-time, direct basis and lead Land Development projects while based at our office in Winchester, VA. Primary Responsibilities: Manage multi-discipline projects on a variety of project sites within the City of Winchester as well as the surrounding region. Oversee the development of Land Development Plans including the preparation of engineering design drawings, technical specification, and engineering reports (from schematic design through construction). Coordinate permits through regulatory agencies for large scale, complex projects. Provide expertise in Hydrologic and Hydraulic [H&H] analysis; this includes Flood Control and Water Quality compliance.
