Job Description The Role: The Summer Intern - Manufacturing Engineering - Global Artisan Innovation Center role is designed for an early-career college student who wants hands-on experience bringing vehicle programs, manufacturing processes, tooling, and innovative technologies from concept to reality. GAIC supports unique vehicle builds, pre-production and launch activities, low-volume manufacturing, craftsmanship, tooling, machining, stamping, equipment, quality, and continuous improvement. As a GAIC intern, you will be assigned to one or more projects based on business needs and your interests. You may work alongside manufacturing engineers, launch engineers, product and design engineers, skilled trades, shop leaders, quality teams, and program management to solve problems and support successful vehicle builds and manufacturing operations.
