ROLE OVERVIEW Nscale is seeking a Project Engineer to serve as the onsite technical representative responsible for managing construction contractor performance throughout project execution. Based full-time at the construction site, this role serves as the primary point of contact between Nscale and construction contractors, ensuring work is performed in accordance with design specifications, contract requirements, project schedules, and established safety and quality standards. Working closely with the Project Manager and Construction Manager, the Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day contractor activities, resolving field issues in real time, and holding contractors accountable for scope, schedule, cost, and quality throughout the construction lifecycle.
