General Summary The R&D Engineering Co-Op is a short term program designed for a group of students to support Engineering efforts such as Product Requirements, Safety Assessments, Regulatory Reviews, Bill Of Material (BOM) management (Cost, Weight, Power, Data), and Configuration Management for new and active programs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support engineering systems projects from concept through prototype build. Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to support product development initiatives. Assist with fabrication, assembly, and modification of mechanical and electrical components in a shop floor environment. Support electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and basic system integration under engineering supervision.
