Buro Happold has an exciting, approximately 2-year assignment opportunity for talented MEP Engineer to work full time, on-site at a high-profile laboratory research tower in Memphis, TN. We are seeking a candidate with skills and experience at either a Senior, Associate, or Associate Principal grade level. This MEP Engineer will work with the Construction Manager, MEP subcontractors, client, and architect daily, acting as a key design team technical advisor, and ensuring MEP design is implemented correctly on site. Duties include MEP site visits, written reports, site observation reports, participation in subcontractor coordination meetings, daily communication with contractors, and production of design drawings for changes during CA. A baseline general knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and plumbing/fire protection systems is required.
