This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm) designed to give students hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will support product development, process optimization, and Lean manufacturing initiatives. You'll assist with new product launches, collaborate on continuous improvement projects, and gain exposure to advanced technologies-all while working alongside experienced professionals.
