The Associate MEP Engineer will work with the Construction Manager, MEP subcontractors, client, and architect on a daily basis, acting as a key design team technical advisor, and ensuring MEP design is implemented correctly on site. Duties include MEP site visits, written reports, site observation reports, participation in subcontractor coordination meetings, daily communication with contractors, and production of design drawings for changes during CA. A baseline general knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and plumbing/fire protection systems is required. Anticipate workload being dedicated to this one project for the duration listed.
