Description Structural Engineer in Training Position Description The Structural Engineer in Training at Cushing Terrell is an on-site role based in our Boise, Idaho office, with reasonable flexibility for occasional project site visits. What does this role involve day to day? This position supports structural design and documentation for a wide variety of building types across our retail, healthcare, commercial, education, government, living, and infrastructure markets. A typical week includes developing structural calculations, modeling and documenting in Revit, coordinating with architecture, MEP, and civil teams, reviewing drawings and details, responding to RFIs and submittals, and participating in QA/QC reviews.
