PRIMARY FUNCTION : Responsible for assisting the engineering development of new product, processes, and procedures which result in better solutions that deliver high quality products to our customers while achieving personal and professional growth in the field of engineering. Primary functions include collecting data, design development, analyzing outputs, and determining corrective courses of action while promoting safety, quality, and efficiency within the business. The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following: Familiarity with analytical tools, such as flow charts, pareto charts, cause and effect diagrams, run charts, etc. Should be self-motivated and able to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines Should be solution-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills Works well with cross-functional teams; is willing to learn and grow; exercises good judgment Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing is a plus Strong written and verbal...
