Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineering Intern to support our Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement teams. This internship provides hands-on experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment and offers valuable exposure to ISO documentation, inspection techniques, and lean methodologies. Duties/Responsibilities: Assist in the creation, revision, and management of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality forms. Perform Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (Gage R&R) studies to evaluate the consistency and reliability of measurement systems. Support cycle time reviews to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Conduct part inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other metrology tools to ensure products meet dimensional and cosmetic specifications.
