Overview The Engineer Coop reports to the Engineering Manager and assists the Quality and Facilities. The Coop, under the supervision of the FFacilities Manager will assist in new product development, performing calculations, evaluating designs, performing tests in the lab, writing reports, analyzing data, and improving the Quality department. Essential Duties: Create and Update Work Instructions: Document current and new processes in work instruction format efficiently and accurately. Project Work: With efficiency and attention to detail, project work will be specified. This could include internet research, spreadsheet development, plant layout and organization, safety evaluations, etc. Education / Experience: Student at 4-year university: Junior level or higher in an engineering degree program, preferable industrial engineering. Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not necessary.
