The Capital Planning and Facilities (CPF) mission is to create a physical environment that fosters success. We plan, create, maintain, and preserve Indiana University's (IU) beautiful, functional, and sustainable campuses. A unit within CPF, Engineering Services , provides engineering solutions for IU campuses; our team of licensed engineers and skilled systems designers provides mechanical and electrical engineering services and handles special engineering projects for all IU campuses. Engineering Services also provides technical consulting and support for other divisions within Capital Projects. Our staff members are our most valuable asset.
