Candidates must have a Master's in Engineering and 24 months experience in the following job duties as a Mechanical Engineer or closely related occupational title. Design, fabricate, and draw 3D CAD models following Design for Manufacturing and Assembly "DFMA." Perform Finite Element Analysis "FEA" simulation and design optimization of assemblies and components. Develop optimized modelling and analysis procedures using FMEAs, 8Ds, Six Sigma, to resolve engineering design problems. Modify designs, their specifications, drawing releases and documentation as required as part of the Engineering Change Order "ECO" using SolidWorks. Communicate with manufacturing personnel to resolve any drafting errors. Improve workshop layouts with help of 5s, Machine Data Cards, and process flow diagrams.
