Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 with Bonus Potential Key Responsibilities Mine Design & Planning: Prepare short-term and long-term pit designs, extraction plans, and production schedules. Optimize quarry sequencing to maximize reserves and minimize haul distances. Coordinate overburden stripping, dewatering, and reclamation activities. Conduct geological mapping, sampling, and reserve modeling to support raw material blend consistency. Monitor quality and coordinate with the quality control technicians and production teams to maintain desired chemical and physical compositions (e.g., CaCO₃, SiO₂, Al₂O₃, Fe₂O₃ ratios). Drilling, Blasting & Production Support: Manage blasting programs to achieve proper rock fragmentation and meet crusher feed requirements.
