Wilson & Company is seeking a full-time Senior Traffic Engineer to join our Arizona transportation planning and engineering team. This role will serve state and local agency clients and lead traffic design projects, safety evaluations, and multimodal facility analysis. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of project types and sizes, including design-build. This role could be to serve as a local practice lead, commensurate to experience and skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead/manage design for intersections, traffic signals, roadway lighting, signing, pavement marking, traffic management systems, and ITS systems. Develop maintenance of traffic (MOT) and sequencing plans. Assist with technical traffic analyses for highways, streets, and multi-modal facilities.
