Overview The Process Engineer supports day-to-day foundry operations by improving processes, reducing scrap, and ensuring consistent production of quality castings. This role works closely with production, quality, and sales to troubleshoot issues, support quoting, maintain manufacturing data, and implement practical process improvements across the plant. Compensation: $75,000-$90,000, depending on experience.
