Urban Engineers is seeking a seasoned Project Manager or senior-level Civil Engineer to lead aviation infrastructure projects and help shape the future of our Aviation Department. This role blends technical leadership, client engagement, and project delivery - ideal for an experienced engineer ready to guide teams and manage high-impact projects. Responsibilities Manage all phases of airfield and landside civil design projects (scope, schedule, budget, and quality). Oversee design of runways, taxiways, aprons, utilities, stormwater systems, and associated infrastructure. Serve as primary client point of contact for airports and partner firms. Lead and mentor engineering teams, including assigning tasks and reviewing deliverables. Develop proposals, manage subconsultants, and lead progress meetings.
