The role - what you'll do Barr is seeking a civil or geotechnical engineering intern to join our Saskatoon team. In this hybrid role, you will support our Engineering and Design business unit, working on project teams involved with civil and geotechnical engineering and related technical field assignments. Project assignments may include construction inspection and observation, civil design and analysis; AutoCAD/Civil 3D drafting and design; field sampling and data collection; preparation of construction plans and specifications; spreadsheet preparation; short report preparation. A successful person in this role is motivated and emphasizes client service by providing quality deliverables. They enjoy working independently and as part of a team, using their expertise and technical skills to add to each project.
