Bruce Aerospace is seeking a results-driven Process Engineer responsible for improving manufacturing efficiency, process reliability, and production throughput across a multi-disciplinary manufacturing environment. This role supports operations including electronics assembly, sheet metal fabrication, machine shop operations, wire harness manufacturing, 3D printing, automated and computer-guided soldering systems, surface mount technology (SMT), injection molding, and precision lens painting. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes for safety, quality, and productivity. Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement projects.
