Over several weeks, interns will gain valuable real-world experience in various manufacturing environments supporting Hitchiner's process and product engineering and operations teams. There are many different projects available including collecting data for labor hours against standard and efficiency analysis; product and process engineering analysis for shrink and scrap factors; and improving documentation for gage calibration. Additionally, throughout the internship, interns will have the opportunity to develop mentoring relationships with members of Hitchiner's management team and network with their peers.
