The candidate may be located in: Washington, DC, Philadelphia, PA, Herndon, VA, Baltimore, MD, Virginia Beach, VA or Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate should have experience in the design of highways, roadway geometric design, roadway plan production, and drainage design for traditional delivery and/or alternative delivery projects.
