Job Description The Capital Engineering group is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership for capital projects across Solstice Advanced Materials' manufacturing network. This position may be based in Baton Rouge or Geismar, LA; Colonial Heights, VA; or Houston, TX, and reports to the Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering Program Manager. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as an electrical engineering subject matter expert, providing technical leadership across all phases of capital projects. Lead electrical engineering execution through Pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, construction support, and startup/commissioning. Develop Electrical Scopes of Work (SOWs) and Basis of Design documents for capital project execution.
