Job Description Specific Responsibilities: Actively supports implementation of AI solutions to enhance manufacturing efforts. Develops numerical models to simulate the manufacturing processes and create engineering tools. Design experiments to provide highly controlled multi-scale test setups to study manufacturing processes. Conduct the manufacturing design and production support in each transition of a new blade program. Participates in expansion of TPI's intellectual property portfolio. Contributes to development and implementation of engineering solutions that improve current production challenges. Ability to identify and evaluate new and developing technologies and identify potential development projects Trains and mentors TPI's local and global site engineers.
