Job Description Job Summary: This position is responsible for the delivery of engineering services, from conceptual design through construction completion of HVAC, Plumbing, and other contract services offered by the business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Execute projects from initial construction documents through completion with minimal supervision. Perform engineering calculations, energy analysis, and equipment selection for HVAC and plumbing systems. Design complex layouts for ducting, piping, and control systems using 2D and 3D modeling software. Apply principles of psychrometrics, refrigeration, acoustics, and control sequences to applications engineering. Complete all required energy compliance, LEED documentation, and basic sequences of operation.
