Summary The Processing Engineer is responsible for defining, optimizing, and implementing best-in-class manufacturing technologies across dairy processing operations. This role develops, maintains, and standardizes equipment and process specifications while driving engineering projects from concept through commissioning and start-up. Working closely with the Director of Processing, this individual will lead execution of assigned projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and performance expectations. This role requires strong technical expertise, sound decision-making, and the ability to operate independently while influencing cross-functional teams. This position plays a critical role in improving process performance, supporting innovation, and enabling scalable, efficient manufacturing across the facility.
