Job Title : Product Engineer Department : Engineering / Product Management SUMMARY The Product Engineer oversees the processes and procedures for qualifying new engine components and new sources for engine components. They may also access, create or revise prints packages and database information for new sensor applications and new vehicles. This includes determining the most appropriate sensor for each application, based on vehicle data, sensor characteristics, and manufacturing information. Other responsibilities include the evaluation of engine components on vehicles, procedures and specifications for sensor testing, modification of existing applications where appropriate, support for the manufacturing area, and design of sensor subcomponents.
