You will work with some of the best equipment in the industry, programming and optimizing complex, high-end parts for 5-axis mills, mill-turn lathes, Swiss turning centers, and Wire EDMs, with a special focus on turning operations. This is not a desk-bound role. We need an experienced programmer who thrives on the shop floor-spending ample time at the machines validating programs, observing machine responses, and making real-time optimizations and adjustments. Senior Manufacturing Engineer(CNC Programmer) We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineerfor our Westbury, NY facility. Your Responsibilities: Support production activities to achieve shipment schedules through the development and design of methods, processes, specifications, tooling, jigs, fixtures and/or equipment modification in conformance with basic and sound engineering principles, policies and practices. Assure most efficient, economic and productive plant layout, material flow and machine and labor utilization by planning the layout of factory machinery, the sequence of manufacturing operations and the specific procedures required for the fabrication, assembly and/or test of Component's Group products.
