This role is highly hands-on and floor-focused, supporting a high-volume paint operation that produces industry-leading IC Bus products. The selected candidate will spend extensive time on the manufacturing floor, evaluating paint processes, fixtures, equipment, and workflow to strengthen error-proofing and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and throughput.
