The Electrical Engineer (EE) researches, develops, designs and tests electrical components and systems for use in logistics equipment and the facility. In addition to the technical aspects, the engineer also effectively communicates and collaborates with a wide variety of other positions in the performance of the job. Responsibilities Serve as the subject-matter expert for all facility electrical systems, including power distribution, panels, breakers, switchgear, lighting, backup systems, and grounding. Troubleshoot electrical issues on conveyors, sorters, motors, VFDs, PLC-controlled equipment, packaging machinery, and automated material-handling systems. Partner with automation engineers and technicians to resolve recurring electrical faults.
