Overview EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: Significant experience in construction work activities, with demonstrated increasing responsibility, of the same or similar type as that of the project to which the Lead Engineer is assigned. Experience may be in the following sectors: federal, state, municipal, K-12 school, water/wastewater, higher education, healthcare, data centers, laboratory facilities, transportation, ports, or marina projects. Familiarity with ASHRAE commissioning guidelines and best practices Responsibilities MAIN DUTIES: Project assignments may involve on-site representation, project documentation, design review, inspections, quality control/quality assurance, plan review, and research of records related to the commissioning of new and existing facilities.
