Position Description: Outpost Technologies is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to develop aerospace and defense systems. The Candidate will initially develop fluid-mechanical and control system design products for numerous aerospace and defense customers. The Candidate will help create detailed designs, help present at milestone reviews, attend program meetings, and produce high-quality drawing products. The candidate will be responsible for learning and applying sound mechanical engineering and design principles in the development of machined, structural, fabricated, sheet metal, and fluid control components. The candidate will also be responsible for Bill of Material development, requiring clear communication with vendors.
