Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrate technical adeptness in the area of manufacturing processes, and a willingness to learn the existing manufacturing processes and equipment, and the associated operation and maintenance. Coordinate with project team and manage/lead the development of new processes/production lines to ensure a timely and efficient handover of new product and process launches to series production.
