Overview Titan America is currently seeking a Jr. Electrical Engineer to join our Roanoke Cement Plant team located in Troutville, Virginia. This position will support plant electrical systems, automation, and power distribution under the guidance of the Electrical Maintenance Manager and senior technical staff. The Jr. Electrical Engineer will assist in troubleshooting, maintenance optimization, and capital improvement initiatives to help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. This is a developmental engineering role designed to build technical depth in industrial power and automation systems within a heavy manufacturing environment.
