Join the UAF Facilities Services Design & Construction team and gain hands-on experience with real-world engineering and architectural projects. This part-time position during the academic year (and full-time in summer) offers flexible scheduling to accommodate summer classes. We welcome current UAF students and recent high school graduates accepted to UAF who are pursuing a degree in engineering or construction management. To thrive in this position, students should be passionate about the built environment, whether roads, buildings, infrastructure, and associated systems. DDC manages various studies and design activities, master planning, and construction from installing a door to building complex power plants. Every project and every day can be different.
