Overview General Summary The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects for private land development clients. Projects include planning, design and management for our industrial, commercial, and residential clients. Responsibilities Primary Duties and Responsibilities Consults with clients to determine site requirements and provides information regarding design, specifications, materials, equipment, estimated costs and approval time. Leads and/or provides support for the development of project proposals. Defines project tasks, schedule and resource requirements.
