Overview Wind Collection Electrical Engineer Westwood Professional Services, Inc. Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Wind Collection Electrical Engineer to join our renewables team. The Electrical Engineer - Wind Collection serves as an engineer on the Balance of Plant (BOP) for on-shore wind farms. He/she will apply NESC, NEC, IEEE and other applicable codes and standards in order to independently produce: electrical collection system layout plans, one-line diagrams, fiber optic single line diagrams, and low and medium voltage electrical construction drawings for typical components including switchgear, generator step-up transformers, junction boxes, direct buried cable, duct banks, and splices. He/she should be familiar with all aspects of three phase medium voltage power distribution engineering and be able to perform typical power systems studies as described below.
