This leadership role is critical to the delivery of distributed generation (DG) and utility-scale renewable energy projects, including solar PV, wind, hydro, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). The successful candidate will oversee electrical design execution across the full project lifecycle-from early development through commissioning-while building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team. This position requires strong technical expertise in renewable electrical design, proficiency with CAD and electrical modeling tools, and a deep understanding of engineering workflows, QA/QC processes, and troubleshooting practices.
