Position Overview The Manufacturing Engineer leverages subject-matter expertise to execute critical project work and drive operational decisions. This role applies a deep understanding of manufacturing principles alongside company policies to resolve complex, moderate-scope issues. Working under limited supervision, the Engineer exercises strong judgment within standard practices, builds productive cross-functional relationships, and requires only general guidance on routine work and strategic direction on new initiatives. Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday through Thursday 5:30 PM - 4:00 PM , should be flexible to support special projects during weekends if needed.
