Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated recent graduate/Test Engineer to lead the creation, execution, and optimization of test programs within our Test Engineering department. This role involves significant independent work on complex tasks and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Job Description The role of the Design Engineer is to support activities to generate required technical inputs for proposals including but not limited to Technical Volume, data deliverable definitions, engineering basis of estimates, and other technical support to Program Management, Applications Engineering, and Business Development. Other responsibilities include: Actively participates in Sale Order Kick-Off (SOKO) meetings. Completes a thorough review of proposed vs. contracted product design engineering requirements necessary to complete the job prior to the scheduled SOKO meeting.
