ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Track and report daily quantities for labor and materials. Provide technical engineering information and interpretation of plans, detail sheets and specifications for contractors. Enforce quality control and expediting subcontractors.
