Position Description At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Fiber Engineer with experience in mechanical design engineering to join the Data Power & Control in New London, CT or Conover, NC . The Sr. Fiber Engineer is responsible for the design of opto-mechanical components and assemblies, including product test validation for new products, product enhancements, and VAVE/cost savings. Works individually or as part of a design team to develop, evaluate, and validate product designs and specifications. Also conducts design reviews, validates and approves documentation packages, preproduction builds, and production transfer.
