Otter Tail Power Company is currently seeking a qualified student applicant to fill an Engineering Intern position in Fergus Falls, MN. The timeframe for this Intern position is from mid-May to mid-August 2026. The duties of the Intern may include: Perform various technical analyses of existing transmission line designs. Data gathering, system updates, and providing support to engineering, design, and maintenance staff with their on-going efforts. Work with computer software including PLS-CAD and AutoCAD to verify transmission line information. Collaboration with engineers, GIS, land rights & surveying along with other departments to facilitate job duties. Provide support as needed for transmission maintenance related activities including evaluating findings, manage and document information effectively, maintenance policy reviews and edits.
