Job Description The Electrical Engineering Deputy works with the EE functional manager to lead a team of electrical engineers and technical professionals, setting priorities, supporting project execution, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment. In partnership with cross-functional departments - including mechanical/software/systems engineers, operations, manufacturing, project management, and quality - the Electrical Engineering Deputy supports organizational goals by providing expert technical guidance, resolving complex engineering challenges, and aligning resources with project demands.
