Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for designing fixtures/tooling as needed for prototype build, assist senior engineers in performing process development activities in the OSA lab, perform Design of Experiments (DOEs) to determine optimum solutions to manufacturing issues. Education & Experience No experience necessary. Must be enrolled in college per the Coherent Internship Guidelines. Skills Capable of using Solid Works to design simple fixtures/tooling. Work effectively in a team setting as well as an individual contributor with limited supervision. Working Conditions This role will be based on-site in Fremont, CA. Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary.
