Job Title: Electrical Reliability Engineer Summary: As our Electrical Reliability Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable operation of our plant's electrical systems. You'll lead efforts to improve equipment reliability, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and drive continuous improvements across critical plant assets. Your work will span a wide range of equipment, including electrical distribution systems (substations, transformers, switchgear, and protective relays), low- and medium-voltage motor controls, variable frequency drives and soft starters, PLCs, UPS and battery charger systems, and electric heat tracing. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and making a measurable impact on plant performance, you'll find plenty of opportunities to do so in this role.
