GENERAL DESCRIPTION Engineering Analyst Under direct supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer, performs entry-level engineering work in the design, investigation, and construction of water and wastewater utility projects. Applies basic engineering knowledge to solve problems and supports project development. Professional Engineer I: Under direction, performs professional engineering work in the design, investigation, construction, and operations of water and wastewater utility projects.
