ABOUT THE ROLE The Engineering Support Specialist provides logistical, administrative, and technical support to the engineering team working on utility-scale solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), substations, and transmission lines. This position will support the electrical, civil, structural, fire, environmental, and compliance positions within the engineering process. This role will work across all disciplines to improve engineering throughput, standardization, documentation integrity, deliverable coordination, and technical knowledge/training across the engineering lifecycle. They act as a central point of communication between engineers, management, and other departments, helping to facilitate smooth project operations and allowing engineers to focus on technical work.
